Do you require a minimum number of hours to commit to when we rent your services?

Yes, because of the amount of time required to prep each vehicle for each and every run, we do require a minimum rental obligation for each run. Different vehicle offerings have different requirements, so please give us a call to obtain details.

Is it possible to extend our time once the run is already in progress?

We welcome time extensions, so long as the time requested does not interfere with any other reservations.

Are alcoholic beverages allowed to be ingested in your vehicles?

Yes! One of the great benefits of renting a limousine or party bus is that the consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted to anyone of legal drinking age.

Will there be any hidden charges when we rent from you?

Absolutely not. Short of damage, there are no hidden fees built into our contracts. Our pricing is all-inclusive.

Are we able to contact our chauffeur directly?

When they arrive at your embarking point, the chauffeur will provide you with a business card to make sure that you have all of the pertinent contact information. This will allow you to contact him or her at any time during the evening, should you desire to do so.

Do you allow for cancellations?

We do understand that sometimes things happen outside of our control, and events need to be rescheduled or cancelled. With that in mind, we do allow for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the start of your run. If you happen to need to cancel at the last minute, to cover our expenses we will require a 50% cancellations fee.
